✧･ﾟ Invoice will remain valid for 7 days. No payment within this time frame will result in a cancellation of your commission and losing your place on the waitlist.

✧･ﾟ Additional characters, creatures, weapons, props, or highly detailed elements, if applicable, will cost extra.

Project Timeframe

✧･ﾟ Slots are not first come, first serve. I will place the client's commission in the slots based on the projected timeline of what can be done fastest / what is based on their mental health timing-wise.
✧･ﾟ All commissions are generally done within 1 month after payment is received unless discussed otherwise. I do not take rush commissions, so please plan accordingly if needing a piece done for a specific deadline.

File Sizes

✧･ﾟ Emotes - 500 x 500 , 300 dpi transparent png for Twitch and Discord use. Also resized to 112 px / 56 px / 28 px transparent .png files.
✧･ﾟ Badges - 500 x 500 each , 300 dpi transparent .png, also resized to 72 px, 36 px, 18 px transparent .png files.
✧･ﾟ Icons / Busts - 1000 x 1000 , .png file.
✧･ﾟ Chibis - 1000 x 1000, .png file.
✧･ﾟ Half-Body - 1000 x 1000, .png file.
✧･ﾟ Full-Body - 1000 x 1000, .png file.
✧･ﾟ If you'd like to have a custom file size, make sure to specify that with your inquiry.

Refunds

✧･ﾟ Commissions are non-refundable.
✧･ﾟ The client will not request any Paypal chargebacks.
✧･ﾟ The only case a commission will be refunded is if I cancel the commission, resulting in a full refund.

Revisions

✧･ﾟ In general, the client is allowed two rounds of revisions during the sketch phase.
✧･ﾟ The client is allowed 2 rounds of color revisions during the coloring phase. Afterwards, only minor edits are permitted, and any further major changes will require additional fees.
✧･ﾟ Please include the revisions desired during the individual rounds. Once revisions from the prior round are applied to the piece, any subsequent revisions asked will be counted as the next round. If this round goes over the limited number of revision rounds, the client will be informed of a potential charge, and given the option to go forward.

Orders

✧･ﾟ I have the right to decline any commission.
✧･ﾟ Extra chargers on a completed commission will not happen unless agreed upon.
✧･ﾟ References are required prior to starting the commission, especially for creating new characters / designs.
✧･ﾟ Provided color palettes may vary in the final artwork.
✧･ﾟ Do not request artwork to replicate another artist's style. You are commissioning my style.
✧･ﾟ The finished commission will rasterized in .png format. There is also the option of .jpeg format.
✧･ﾟ If there are multiple files, it will be delivered via email or discord in a ZIP file. If you would prefer to have it delivered differently, let me know.

Communication

✧･ﾟ All communication regarding commissions will take place via email ([email protected]).
✧･ﾟ I am regularly available between 9am - 5pm (EST) Monday through Friday. Weekends vary. I will respond when I am available outside of these hours.
✧･ﾟ Delays may be caused by computer issues or my personal life. With that in mind, please understand that there will be times where responses may be delayed.
✧･ﾟ If client feedback is delayed, that will in turn, delay the commission. It is important the client and I respect one another's time.
✧･ﾟ Please check your email regularly, including spam folder, for correspondence.

Rights

✧･ﾟ All commissions are for Personal Use only, unless Commercial Rights have been agreed upon and paid appropriately.
✧･ﾟ The artist retains full rights to the artwork, including posting the finished artwork on their social media platforms.
✧･ﾟ If the client wishes for the commission to remain permanently private, there is an additional $10 fee.
✧･ﾟ However, with the artist's agreement, the client can specify a date (i.e. a birthday, an event, etc.) when the artist can post the commissioned work within a reasonable amount of time that will not require this fee.
✧･ﾟ Do not edit, trace, or claim ownership of my work. Art is not for resale in any form.
✧･ﾟ My art may not, in any way shape or form, be linked to NFT's or Crypto.
✧･ﾟ My art may not be scraped for AI Learning or replicated by AI in any manner.
✧･ﾟ If you post my art anywhere, please include credit and tag me if applicable.
